Restored our trust in contractors when they replaced our roof for hail damage. We’ve had a bad experience with contractors in the past, so when it came to getting our roof replaced after hail damage we were apprehensive about dealing with it. We refused to work with anyone soliciting door to door. We found XRS through our neighbor. They were honest from the start, and were patient with all of our questions. They sat down with us after looking at the damage and went through the work and cost line by line. The pricing was fair and transparent. The new roof was finished in a days work, and gutters replaced a few days after that. The gutters came and before they were installed we saw they were the wrong color. No problem. They swapped it out for the right color, no fuss. Came back to us with a color wheel to find the color we wanted. We also had some siding and flashing replaced at the same time that wasn’t part of the hail damage claim, and they did a great job. We really liked these guys, this was a great experience and we plan on reaching out to them for any future projects that we may need
I got my roof done about a month ago and this review is long overdue but I have to say i was very impressed with the work that was done. They were able to strip down my roof down which had double shingles and replace it all with nothing but the best materials. They also matched any vents I had to the roof and were able to get me a great deal on seamless gutters that are black to match the roof as well. There customer service was also top tier and until the work was done they continuously checked to make sure there was no leaks. From talking to them it was only a week until they got to my house. They were able to finish my roof within a day. I highly recommend anyone who is going to get there roof done should go through them.
